Over thirty years of butchery, finally under one roof.
Danie Johnsen has been selling meat to Plett families from the Harkerville market for longer than most of them have lived here. He has spent his working life in the trade and held a butcher’s licence for more than thirty years.
Eden Butchery is the same meat, cut by the same hands, with somewhere proper to put it. A cold room, a prep room, a drying room for the biltong, and a counter you can stand at and ask what is good this week.
The market stall carries on exactly as it always has. Nothing moves, everything grows.
